Let me tell you about some of what I provide as your therapist. I provide a healing space for those who are experiencing life challenges such as- the bumps in parenthood, the end of a significant relationship or a divorce, change in careers, and figuring out how to live with grief and loss. I provide a healing space for people struggling with intimacy and relationship issues, communication problems, and feeling the pain of loneliness. I provide a space for high achieving people who are experiencing stress, burn out, and frustration, with trying to do it all.

I have been a therapist for 20 years and have developed a professional style which integrates various therapeutic modalities and interventions, including trauma informed care, person centered, strengths based perspective, which explores patterns and behaviors which don't suit us anymore. I also employ mindfulness, radical acceptance, self compassion.
